In her practice, Samantha assists lenders in various complex commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating and closing hotel, retail, and residential deals. In addition to her real estate practice, Samantha has experience working in commercial litigation.

Samantha earned her J.D from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and graduated cum laude where she served as the Diversity Chair for the Student Bar Association and on the Journal of Animal and Environmental
