Focusing her practice on finance and development clients, Jana has experience in commercial real estate financing, including multifamily housing, office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects. She represents financial institutions of all sizes both regionally and nationally, and borrowers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate secured transactions across the US. These include acquisition, stabilization, and other bridge loans, construction and rehabilitation loans, lines of credit, syndications, participations, and agency financing.
In her free time Jana enjoys getting outside through trail running, backpacking, and backcountry skiing.
