Emily’s practice focuses on corporate matters for international and U.S.-based businesses, including business formation, day-to-day corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and immigration. She grew up in both the U.S. and Japan, and is fully bilingual in English and Japanese. Civically, she serves on the board of the Tri-State International Education Fund, Inc. (TSIEFI) in support of the Japanese Language School of Greater Cincinnati.
Emily received her bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio and completed the General Course at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London, U.K. She joined Frost Brown Todd in 2019 after graduating from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, and working at Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell in Chicago, Illinois, as a summer associate.
