Biography

Elise focuses her practice on Government Services. Before joining Frost Brown Todd, Elise worked as an Assistant City Attorney in Greenwood, Indiana, where she counseled city officials and transacted business on behalf of the city.

Prior to working in Greenwood, Elise was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis, focusing on civil litigation of alleged constitutional violations, section 1983 claims, and personal injury in both federal and state court. Elise also has a background in criminal law, serving as a deputy prosecutor in Daviess County, Indiana, and Assistant State’s Attorney in Stephenson County, Illinois.

In her spare time Elise enjoys reading and trying to convince her adopted dog, Bruno, that he has to share the residence with her.
