Biography

Carmen has worked as a paralegal for three years. She joined Frost Brown Todd in 2021 as a paralegal in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, specifically the immigration team. Her responsibilities include drafting H-1B, TN, L, Blanket L non-immigrant petitions, and green card applications.

Before working at Frost Brown Todd, Carmen was a paralegal at a law firm that specialized in defending corporations in litigation, with a particular focus on medical malpractice matters. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and her paralegal certificate from the University of Cincinnati.
