Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Senior Associate Nitya Ram was named to Super Lawyers’ 2024 edition of Southern California Rising Stars®, which recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the region. Ram is based in FBT’s Orange County office.
Ram primarily focuses her practice on general corporate and real estate law, where she represents companies at all stages of their life cycle, including company formation, corporate governance, business strategy, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and eminent domain matters. She is a graduate of the University of California Irvine School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from New York University.
Ram is one of only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California named to this year’s “Rising Stars” list. Attorneys are selected from more than 70 practice areas by independent research, peer nominations, and evaluations.
