You Don’t Know What You’ve Got ‘til it’s Gone: Missing Participants

June 22, 2023 12:30 pm EST Free Webinar

This short webinar focuses on the current DOL guidance on what 401(k) and other retirement plans must do to locate missing participants and handle their benefits, and how the SECURE Act 2.0 provisions impact these requirements. Missing participants pose a particularly vexing retirement plan challenge given the mobility of the modern workforce. A panel of Frost Brown Todd employee benefits lawyers will discuss best practices for employers and plan administrators to reduce the number of missing participants going forward and for locating missing participants.
