Amy practices in the employee benefits and executive compensation area. She represents clients in the design, implementation, and administration of retirement plans as well as health, life, and disability insurance plans. She also has experience in ERISA litigation and advising clients in a wide array of labor and employment matters.
Drafting executive employment agreements
Drafting long term compensation plans, including equity-based and phantom stock plans
Drafting traditional non-qualified deferred compensation plans for both publicly-traded and privately held companies
Drafting, amending and terminating 401(k) and profit sharing plans
Advising clients – from small businesses to publicly-traded companies – on issues relating to the administration of 401(k) and profit sharing plans
Due diligence review, agreement drafting, and counseling relating to employee benefits plans in mergers and acquisitions
