Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce that Victoria Lewinski Cain has joined the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in Indianapolis.
Cain focuses her practice in business and real estate transactions and advising. Her work includes general business advising, company formations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. In addition, she manages real estate purchase and sale transactions, leasing and like kind exchanges. She also has experience representing corporate clients in litigation related to a variety of business transactions.
Cain was a member of the United Way of Central Indiana Leadership United Program in 2014-2015 and has been an active volunteer for organizations such as Wishing Well and Street Law Program. She has coached high school mock trial teams and served on the National High School Mock Trial Championship Steering Committee (2011-2013). Cain earned her J.D. at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2010 and has been included in each annual edition of the Indiana Super Lawyers® Rising Stars since 2014.
