Veteran Litigator Kris Kazmierczak Joins Frost Brown Todd Indianapolis as Partner

Kris Kazmierczak has joined Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Indianapolis office as a partner in its Business Litigation Practice Group, and also a part of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice.

Kazmierczak brings more than 20 years of experience in business, civil, tort, and employment litigation handling a wide range of complex legal disputes for businesses and individuals. Kazmierczak has represented Fortune 100 companies, and has covered legal matters in the health care, real estate, insurance, medical billing, construction, hospitality, and automotive industries.

“Kris’s extensive experience litigating complex legal disputes will be a valuable resource as we continue to grow our litigation capabilities in Indianapolis,” said Business Litigation Practice Group Leader Peter Cummins. “He has provided representation in all aspects of litigation to a variety of businesses across many industries, and we’re thrilled to add his acumen to our group.”

Kazmierczak’s legal background is diverse, and his trial and arbitration experience enhance his ability to offer unique counseling and strategy to clients or their in-house counsel before an issue escalates, to explore creative solutions if it does and to get to a judgment, award or final decision when required.

He was included in Best Lawyers in America® in 2023, in the Super Lawyers® ratings beginning in 2015, and was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement award by America’s Top 100 Attorneys® in 2018.

“Having spent his career practicing in the Indianapolis area, Kris has built a solid reputation among his peers in Indiana’s legal community. He will serve as a key partner in our office,” said Kandi Kilkelly Hidde, Indianapolis Office Partner-in-Charge.

Kazmierczak is a graduate of Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
