Will contest and claim for intentional interference with expectancy. Father had Alzheimer’s disease and terminal cancer, and was taking medications including pain medication at the time of the execution of the will.  Before the new will was executed, all monies were left to the daughter, who hoped to use monies for the benefit of her sister, who is handicapped. The care giver, with whom the father lived, was the sole beneficiary to his entire estate.
