Frost Brown Todd (FBT) announces the addition of attorney Terese M. Wells, who joins the Finance and Real Estate practice in the firm’s Cincinnati office. Wells has practiced law for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in matters relating to the sale, acquisition, development and leasing of real property for commercial and municipal purposes. As a licensed title insurance agent, she handles commercial closings and issues title insurance for the firm’s title agency.
Wells comes to FBT from the City of Cincinnati, where she worked as senior assistant solicitor. She has served on the Cincinnati Bar Association (CBA) Board of Trustees and currently serves on the CBA Character and Fitness Review Committee, which reviews the qualifications of applicants for admission to the practice of law. She also serves as mentor in the Ohio Supreme Court’s Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program. Wells earned her J.D., cum laude, at Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1993.
