In December 2006, FBT lawyers obtained a defense verdict for our client Stoner-Brater Associates after a week-long jury trial in the Hamilton County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas.
Extent of Injuries: The plaintiff sued for sexual harassment and assault and battery. Defendants filed a counter-claim against plaintiff for breach of contract regarding money she failed to reimburse the company for health insurance costs.
