Biography

Nicole’s areas of practice include patent prosecution and opinion work.  Her practice is concentrated in the area of biotechnology. Nicole has represented a variety of clients including corporate clients, university researchers, and pharmaceutical companies. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Nicole worked as a consultant to the University of Cincinnati Intellectual Property Office, and as counsel to The Procter & Gamble Company.
