Biography

Max’s real estate practice focuses on real estate transactions in a variety of areas, including industrial, retail, mixed-use and multi-family. Max has experience with acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, matters related to leasing for both landlords and tenants and representing both borrowers and lenders in a wide range of financing matters.

Max also is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group, where he has experience representing clients in a variety of matters, including, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, capital raises and large-scale due diligence projects.

Max graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2021 where he received his Juris Doctor and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in 2017.
