Maci is an attorney in the Louisville office and a member of Frost Brown Toddโs private equity and financial services industry teams. She focuses her practice in the areas of corporate, tax and real estate finance, representing investors, lenders, and syndicators across the country in structuring joint ventures and closing complex commercial real estate deals involving state and federal tax credits and multiple layers of financing.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Maci spent two years working in corporate securities, with a focus on governance and securities compliance. Maci graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Murray State University.
