As the Legal Recruiting Manager, Libby leads FBT’s summer associate and entry-level hiring, oversees law school relationships, develops our Summer Associate Program, and is part of the lateral associate recruiting team. In this role, Libby partners with the firm’s Associate Recruiting Committee and Office Recruiting Partners to identify and recruit talented summer and first-year associates. She also collaborates with the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging (IDEB) department to prevent unconscious bias in the recruiting process, strive for summer and fall associate classes representing the full spectrum of law students in our communities, and ensure an inclusive experience for student candidates.
Libby has over eight years of experience in law firm recruiting, most recently as Recruiting Coordinator at Ogletree Deakins. With a focus on Immigration legal staff positions, she supported the full cycle of recruiting – from job requisitions to retention efforts.
