Kendal is an experienced real estate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on the acquisition, financing and development of commercial real estate properties. She has considerable real estate experience representing both borrowers and lenders, focusing on financing multifamily, industrial, retail, commercial and mixed-use properties nationwide. Kendal also represents developers and owners in connection with the development of large scale industrial and retail properties.
Kendal has extensive experience as opinion counsel. Kendal also specializes in non-consolidation opinions and routinely issues these opinions on the borrower side as well as reviews such opinions on the lender side. Kendal’s background also includes experience in bankruptcy and restructuring and she has represented debtors and landlords in insolvency proceedings.
