Biography

With nearly two decades of experience in government relations, Katie has a vast knowledge of the political landscape along with her extensive network of relationships and her profound love for her home state make her an invaluable asset to the political landscape of Ohio. As a government relations expert with a track record of success, Katie has a keen insight into the legislative process which has enabled her to forge meaningful relationships with key decision-makers across the state.

As the previous Vice President of Government Affairs at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Katie guided the organization through strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the region and amplify its mission. She was a key advisor to high-influence individuals and key stakeholders on sensitive political and policy matters.

Katie has led several statewide organizations such as the Americans for Prosperity Foundation where she expanded the institution’s grassroots activism and political influence in Ohio. She draws executive branch expertise from leading legislative relations for the Ohio Industrial Commission and overseeing the consolidation of two state regulatory boards into the Ohio Vision Professionals Board. As Executive Director of the Ohio Republican Party, she established herself as a trusted advocate and strategist in the state’s political environment. She oversaw Party operations through gubernatorial and presidential cycles that saw massive victories for Republican candidates. Katie also assisted in planning the first presidential primary debate of the 2016 presidential election and the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland.
