Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd’s Blockchain practice, John focused primarily on transactional entertainment law. A former professional musician, John represented numerous Grammy-winning and RIAA certified gold and platinum artists in a variety of transactional matters, in addition to representing business clients in corporate, lending, and finance matters.
From 2017 until early 2022, John served as President of international independent record labels Rounder Records and Concord Records for Concord, one of the largest independent entertainment companies in the world. Throughout his career in business and law practice, John has focused on issues arising at the intersection of technology and creative industries.
