Biography

Jamey is a commercial real estate attorney with over twenty years of experience in meeting the needs of clients with a wide variety of real estate needs.  Jamey’s practice has primarily focused on acquisition and development, leasing, property management, and property sales.  Specifically, Jamey has the expertise to see any project through from initial business negotiations, contract preparation and negotiation, due diligence, closing, and resolution of advice on any post-closing or occupancy issues.  As a result of that practice, Jamey has also developed specific expertise in meeting the needs of clients with a high volume of projects that require diligent management and necessitate the flexibility for a quick turnaround turn-around.

In addition to his general real estate expertise, Jamey has also significant specific expertise in meeting the real estate needs of telecommunications providers and alternative energy developers, whether in the development of projects from the ground up or in the sale or acquisition of existing projects.  Jamey has also worked significantly with public entities in the acquisition, leasing, or disposition of property owned for public or quasi-public purposes.
