Biography

Jake represents financial institutions in connection with negotiating and closing commercial loans secured by real estate and personal property. He also focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and sales. Jake also represents clients in general business and commercial matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jake was a commercial contracts attorney at Medpace, Inc., a publicly-traded clinical research organization. During law school, Jake clerked in the legal department of Luxottica of America Inc. and was a legal intern in the University of Cincinnati’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.
