Biography

Evan is a member of FBT’s Product, Tort, & Insurance Litigation practice group where he regularly litigates complex product liability and tort cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. Evan represents a broad range of clients involved in serious injury and wrongful death matters including manufacturers and distributors of construction equipment and tools, industrial machinery, automobiles, and other consumer products.

Evan also has experience representing clients in business and commercial litigation matters related to contract disputes, non-competes, and FINRA arbitration. Prior to joining FBT, Evan regularly appeared in federal courts throughout the country representing a “big three” consumer reporting agency in matters related to violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related state consumer protection statutes.

Evan received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he received a Corporate and Commercial Law Graduate Certificate and served on the Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition Board.
