Biography

Job is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried numerous cases to verdict in federal and state courts, and before multiple arbitral bodies. A skilled courtroom advocate, Job represents clients that are seeking to win in and outside the court system.

Job handles a diverse range of business disputes, including matters involving oil and gas, real estate & land use, construction defects/disputes, and class actions. His oil and gas practice focuses on E&P and midstream companies.

Job spent the first decade of his legal career practicing at global law firms where he litigated domestic and international infrastructure cases, represented clients in large construction litigation, and defended nationwide class actions.

Prior to entering private practice, Job clerked for The Honorable Stanley F. Birch, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
