Connie draws on a wealth of experience while also keeping pace with industry advances to help her clients move both quickly and carefully. Connieโs clients also appreciate the care she takes to understand their unique business and protect their competitive advantage.
Connie has extensive experience in the negotiation of software, SaaS and other technology agreements, as well as supply and distribution agreements. Connie particularly enjoys providing assistance with new technologies and has advised clients with various aspects of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the blockchain including launching, licensing and providing online marketplace and other platforms involving NFTs. Connie also provides advice and counseling on intellectual property portfolio management and dispute resolution. She previously taught both copyright and trademark law classes at IU McKinney law school and was named Indianapolis Copyright Law โLawyer of the Yearโ in 2022 by The Best Lawyers in Americaยฎ. Connie serves clients in diverse industries doing business across the U.S. and the world. Connie was a founding member of the S. Jay Plager Intellectual Property American Inn of Court where currently serves as President.
