Biography

Chelsea focuses her practice in the area of construction law, including mediation, arbitration, litigation, claims avoidance, contract review and negotiation, contract preparation, risk management, and general construction advice to all participants in the construction industry. In addition to her construction practice, she represents clients from various industries in federal government contract matters.
