Meredith advises employers nationally on wide-ranging employment law issues, including terminations, reductions in force, and compliance with a multitude of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employee leave laws. In addition to counseling employers, Meredith represents employers of all sizes against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in federal and state court. Meredith also frequently works with national and local employers to craft complex multi-state handbooks and leave policies to comply with evolving state-specific employment laws, as well as employment and separation agreements. Before joining Frost Brown Todd, Meredith practiced at international law firms in Texas and Colorado.
