Blake is an attorney in Frost Brown Todd’s Charleston, West Virginia office, where he focuses his growing practice on business litigation and appellate advocacy. He is a forward-thinking litigator and counselor who is committed to the success of his clients.
Blake serves clients in a variety of industries and has experience with financial services litigation, real estate litigation, oil and gas litigation, employment litigation, and a wide range of business disputes. This includes litigating complex matters under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act (WVCCPA).
Additionally, Blake assists clients across the United States as they navigate administrative proceedings before the Small Business Administration (SBA) and federal court appeals related to loans that were issued by SBA under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Blake served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. King of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. During his two years clerking for Judge King, Blake handled a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. Seizing on this experience, Blake frequently advises clients of all stripes as they seek to navigate the appellate process and protect their interests on appeal.
