Asia is an associate in the Corporate Law practice group. She has experience in M&A document drafting and negotiations, drafting financial agreements, reviewing real estate contracts as well as drafting general corporate contracts. Asia joined Frost Brown Todd in 2021 as an associate in Business Litigation before her transition to M&A. Asia earned a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University. During law school, Asia served as treasurer and then president of SMUโs Black Law Student Association. She also served as treasurer of SMUโs Christian Legal Society while mentoring and advising the 1L students as the Director of SMUโs 1L Mentor Program. Asia has accounting experience through her previous employment with Deloitte as an Audit associate and Merit Energy as a property accountant.
