Biography

Amy focuses her practice on patent and trademark infringement litigation. For two decades, Amy has represented clients on both sides of patent and trademark cases in both federal district courts and proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Amy has represented clients in patent cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor fabrication and packaging, computer hardware and software, and telecommunication devices and networks.

Amy also has represented clients in other types of complex commercial litigation matters, including copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, tortious interference, breach of contract, and antitrust cases involving intellectual property issues.

Amy also has experience handling transactional matters, including advising on corporate transactions and negotiating intellectual property licenses and other technology-related agreements.
