Amona’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, disposition and development of retail, shopping center, office and warehouse projects. Amona identifies and negotiates crucial lease provisions including exclusive and use restrictions, operating expenses, protected areas, and default and remedies. Amona routinely advises on implications of contractual obligations within commercial leases. She is experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, amendments, termination agreements and other ancillary lease documents. Amona also represents clients through acquisition of both raw and developed land for retail use. She negotiates critical provisions of purchase contracts including diligence, zoning, easements, representations/warranties, exclusive uses, and radius restrictions.
