Allyse is a Hoosier native who started her career as an accountant and later a budget analyst with the federal government before turning to law. She has a diverse background, having served as a deputy prosecutor and then as a public defender where she gained experience negotiating plea agreements, conducting evidentiary hearings and bench and jury trials. Allyse later entered private practice and joined a Midwest law firm as a commercial litigator, where she represented a diverse set of clients including health care providers, construction, and commercial transportation companies. She continued her focus on litigation and gained additional experience when she joined an Indianapolis-based firm where she provided successful strategic responses for a broad base of clients in business litigation. At FBT, Allyse focuses on business litigation.
