Allison is a full-service civil litigator focusing her practice on product liability defense, fires and explosions, and mass tort defense. Admitted to practice in both Kentucky and Indiana, Allison has represented a broad range of clients in cases involving serious injury and wrongful death across the country. She has handled matters in dozens of states but regardless of the venue, Allison focuses on the same core principles: learning the client’s products and understanding the client’s business. By appreciating the full gamut of a client’s considerations, Allison is better able to achieve the client’s objectives. Allison’s litigation practice is informed by her appellate experience, which provides valuable context both in pre-trial proceedings and in the courtroom.
