Brings international business, immigration and technology industry legal experience
Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Pittsburgh office welcomes Partner Sunny Yang. Her practice focuses on international business matters and trade. She helps Chinese companies doing business in the U.S. by overseeing legal operations, including handling market entry, corporate compliance, import-export matters, employment, immigration and litigation.

On the U.S. side, she helps clients negotiate and structure business transactions, advises corporate executives in matters such as planning for the purchase of U.S. property by non-U.S. persons, transferring and protecting assets and wealth, and strategizing business succession planning.
Yang is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and China in addition to several courts, including the U.S. Court of Trade. She is a graduate of Widener University School of Law with her J.D. and LL.M. She has her LL.M. and LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and her Bachelors from Sichuan International Studies University.
