FBT lawyers defended a manufacturing company sued by a truck driver who was injured during a delivery to the plant. The plant was undergoing an expansion, and the driver struck his head on a temporary steel beam that had been welded across a doorway to prevent falls.
Extent of Injuries: Plaintiff complained of permanent and debilitating neck and back pain, as well as a traumatic brain injury.
