Ann Schoen provides intellectual property counseling for all IP matters, including patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, and litigation for a major seller of umbrellas, gloves, hats and slippers. She has handled numerous private label licensing agreements for the client including deals with several national brands. She has also handled freedom to practice issues related to umbrella patents in both the United States and China. With assistance from Barry Visconte, Ann Schoen enforces the client’s umbrella patents. Performed due diligence and provided IP counseling for several acquisitions.
