An education and training services client provides on-line coaching through its proprietary software and using its confidential coaching protocols. Melissa Kern and Ann Schoen have developed a program of licensing agreements which protected the intellectual property of this client. Frost Brown Todd has drafted and negotiated numerous license and software developments agreements for the company over the years. Recently, Tom Anthony and Ann Schoen helped the client negotiate the sale of itself to a healthcare company.
