  • Kim Amrine of Frost Brown Todd Receives 2017 Top Business Women Award by The Ohio Diversity Council

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Member and Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Kim Amrine, has received the 2017 “Top Business Women” award by the Ohio Diversity Council. The award was officially presented at the 2017 Ohio Women’s Conference at the University of Cincinnati on Tuesday, May 9.

The Top Business Women Award recognizes women who have reached the top of their professions, and who are respected and successful leaders within their organizations. As drivers of change, innovation and inspiration for others to succeed, they contribute to business growth and the strategic direction of their organizations. Amrine, who joined FBT as an associate attorney in 1999, was promoted to member and appointed Director of Diversity and Inclusion in 2006. She works closely with senior firm leadership, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and the Women’s Initiative Steering Committee on initiatives that facilitate progress toward an increasingly diverse and inclusive corporate culture.

Amrine serves on the Board of Directors for Cincinnati’s Summer Work Experience in Law (SWEL), an organization dedicated to building a diversity pipeline leading to the legal profession through internships and weekly academic classes for high school and college students. She was honored with the “100 Women” award by the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio in 2013. She was a participant of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers and recognized as a YWCA Rising Star in 2006.
