AlvaradoSmith shareholder and litigation attorney Kevin Day was quoted in the Orange County Register’s article “Santa Ana Elks win $7.3 million in lawsuit involving old Saddleback Inn.” The article describes the history of the lengthy and aggressive court battle and appeal involving the breach of a commercial ground lease lawsuit against the Saddleback Inn’s tenant. With Kevin successful both at the trial and appellate level, the Santa Elks prevailed and were awarded $7.3 million from the real estate company that operated the Saddleback Inn.
