Frost Brown Todd welcomes new member Jennifer R. Asbrock to its Labor and Employment Practice Group and Louisville office. Asbrock has broad experience representing private and public employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including defending unfair labor practice charges, handling labor arbitrations, managing strikes, bargaining with unions, and litigating discrimination and wrongful discharge cases. She has worked with employers in a variety of business matters, such as creating affirmative action plans and ensuring compliance with various employment laws. She frequently partners with clients to customize and implement in-house training programs to educate employees and supervisors about employment laws and workplace policies.

Asbrock has authored numerous articles and presented on a range of labor and employment topics, including traditional labor, sexual harassment, diversity at work, whistleblower actions, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). She received her J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and was included in the 2014 and 2015 editions of Rising Stars by Ohio Super Lawyers®. Most recently, she practiced law in Dayton, Ohio.
