This case was a medical malpractice case where a motion for summary judgment had succeeded because no expert testimony was presented to demonstrate the medical malpractice, despite ample evidence to do so. We won an affirmance from the First District, requiring expert evidence to support a medical malpractice claim at the stage where a court is rendering a decision.
