Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce that Gabriel A. Davis, a former federal prosecutor from the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, has joined the firm as a senior associate in the Cincinnati office. Davis practices in the areas of business litigation, general corporate litigation, and white collar criminal defense, while also counseling clients accused of misconduct or involved in complex investigations.

Davis has significant courtroom experience in both state and federal courts across the country. While serving as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C., Davis led criminal investigations and prosecutions arising from serious federal offenses, including official misconduct, obstruction of justice, conspiracy, and hate crimes. He also advised numerous law enforcement offices and agencies during his time with the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division. Prior to working as a federal prosecutor, Davis served as an assistant district attorney for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. In this capacity, he routinely handled witness interviews, grand jury proceedings, motion practice, hearings, trial preparation and litigation in numerous cases involving fraud, forgery, and grand theft.

A graduate of Harvard Law School and a former intern for both the Justice Department’s National Security and Antitrust Divisions, Davis’ extensive courtroom experience will be an invaluable asset to clients of FBT’s Business Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Government Services Practice Groups.
