Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2016 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality. This is the second consecutive year that FBT has scored 100 percent. FBT is among 407 major U.S. businesses that earned top marks this year.

“We are very proud to have achieved 100 percent on the scorecard for a second consecutive year,” says Kim Amrine, FBT’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion. “This distinction is the result of continued collaboration between firm leadership, our Diversity and Inclusion team, our HR and benefits professionals, and our employees.”

CEI rated more than 1,000 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community. FBT’s efforts in satisfying all of the criteria resulted in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a “Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.”
