    Frost Brown Todd Partner Christina M. Sprecher Named a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers

The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) inducted Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Partner Christina M. Sprecher as a Fellow. ACREL is one of the preeminent associations of commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues, and the profession. Admission to ACREL is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL Fellows are selected based on their outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.

Sprecher is the chair of FBTโ€™s Real Estate practice group. She has more than two decades of experience working in the commercial real estate industry. She assists clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and construction of retail, office, warehouse, and multifamily projects. She represents private and public companies, including national real estate investment trusts, developers, and operators along with regional and local companies in closing complex, multi-faceted acquisitions, and dispositions.

Sprecher holds a variety of leadership positions outside the firm, including serving on the Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate for the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Center, Lindner College of Business. She is also on the program planning committee for the ICSC + LAW SYMPOSIUM OH/KY/IN/MI/PA.

Founded in 1978, ACREL defines itself as โ€œthe preeminent association of commercial real estate lawyers, focused on service to clients, colleagues, and the profession.โ€ Those admitted must go through a rigorous screening process and are expected to uphold the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the organization. ACREL holds two in-person meetings a year which give members the opportunity to network and educate themselves on the latest trends and needs in the real estate industry.
