Frost Brown Todd Highlighted Among the Best Companies in the Nation for Workplace Equality

For a fourth consecutive year, Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to workplace equality. The firm is among 609 major U.S. businesses that earned top marks in the 2018 survey, publicly released today.

“An inclusive culture can be a difficult thing to objectively define, measure, and share externally,” says FBT Director of Diversity and Inclusion Kim Amrine. “We are grateful to HRC for providing guidance on best practices and next best practices for inclusion. And we are truly thrilled to receive a perfect score on the CEI for a fourth year in a row.”

The CEI report assesses LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement. FBT’s efforts in satisfying the survey criteria resulted in a top score and the designation as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”

CEI rated 947 businesses in the 2018 report. For more information and a free copy of the full report, visit www.hrc.org/cei.
