Former U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit law clerk Mary Claire Davis is the newest attorney in Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Charleston, WV office. Davis spent nearly 13 years working with federal courts. During her time working with Fourth Circuit judges Robert B. King and Stephanie D. Thacker, she assisted with at least 175 federal appeals.
