Frost Brown Todd (FBT) attorneys from across the firmโ€™s 14 market footprint were lead counsel for forensic engineering company Rimkus Consulting Group in its acquisition of IRC Building Sciences Group. IRC is one of Canadaโ€™s largest engineering and consulting firms.

Dallas Member Edward Moore and Managing Associate Austin Conner, Indianapolis Member Eric Baker and Lexington, KY Member Debbie Tudor handled the deal. Rimkus has more than 70 offices in the U.S. Canada and the UK. The company employs 650 experts.
