Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Senior Associate Eric Volz has been elected president of the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association (CincyIP). The organization provides networking opportunities for IP professionals and continuing legal education to address current issues in intellectual property law. FBT Associate Jason Jonovski and Senior Associate Matthew Delaney retain their respective positions as CincyIP chief information officer and board member through 2017.

Volz, Jonovski and Delaney are members of FBT’s Intellectual Property Law and Litigation practice group, which has been recognized as one of the top patent practices in the region. In addition to patent work, the group specializes in trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, interactive media, advertising, first amendment and media law. FBT’s IP attorneys counsel and represent clients in prosecution, litigation and portfolio management, assist with anti-counterfeiting measures in the U.S. and abroad, and work on cases involving ongoing enforcement efforts for world-famous brands.
