Assisted a very large advertising agency in resolving a sensitive dispute with one of its IT vendors that provided services to the advertising agency’s client- a well known, international, fast-food restaurant franchisor. We were able to settle the matter to the satisfaction of the vendor, advertising agency and the franchisor client.
