In June 2007, FBT lawyers won a defense verdict for our client W&M Kraft after a two and one-half week trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. The plaintiff was severely injured by a fall from a cell tower while working at a barge loading facility on the Ohio River. He had claimed that FBT’s client, the management/safety consultant for the plaintiff’s employer, was liable for injuries caused by the lack of fall protection at the time of his injury.
